📦 SHIPPING POLICY

🕒 Order Processing

  • Please make sure you select the correct model & color when ordering.

  • No changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been processed.

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our China warehouse.

  • Processing may take longer during holidays & sale seasons.


✅ Shipping Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • Shipping costs depend on the package weight & destination.

  • Customs duties & taxes are the customer’s responsibility.


🔎 Tracking

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their orders & submitting customs documents if required.

  • If an order is marked as “return to sender” due to the receiver’s failure to follow up, no free refund or replacement will be issued.

  • In such cases, you may need to place a new order.


🚚 Delivery

  • Orders may be delivered by your local post office or a courier service.

  • If you’re not home, a notice card will be left for collection details.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Processing: 2–7 days

    • Shipping: 10–21 days
      (delays may occur due to customs, weather, or holidays)


💰 Taxes & Duties

  • Import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For more details, please contact your local customs office.


💳 Foreign Transaction Fees

  • All transactions are processed in USD via PayPal or Stripe.

  • Your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee or apply its own exchange rate.


❌ Cancellation & Changes

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Once the warehouse has processed your order, no changes or cancellations can be made.
